As a leading UK sign fixings supplier, e-signfittings have over 70 years’ experience in supplying premium quality sign fixtures and fittings to the trade. We supply products in a range of various sizes and finishes and include box quantities for bulk buying for saving money.

We believe in giving good, old fashioned customer service. Great customer care is the backbone of our business, and our company policy is very simple:

  1. When we phone companies, we like to speak to real people. We make sure that our phone lines are answered by humans, and not a recorded robot during office hours. Our UK based friendly team are waiting to take your orders or answer any queries you may have on our products.
  2. We know that getting your products on time is important so we don’t make promises we can’t keep. If we encounter any delivery delays or problems with your order, we will always call you to advise and keep you up to date on what we are doing to try and resolve the issue.
  3. We always pay great attention to each order and the delivery timescale and will ask questions to further understand your requirements if necessary. This helps us find the most appropriate product and delivery service for you. We have a range of delivery options available.
  4. If you have a problem with your order, we are here to get it sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will keep you up to date on what is happening with your order until it has been received.
  5. We have a fair price promise. We supply excellent quality sign fixings and fittings at low prices by buying in high volume. We check all products and orders but if you should receive a poor-quality item, we’ll replace it, no questions asked.
  6. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular product you are looking for we will advise you about when we should be receiving it into stock, or try to supply details on other suppliers who may be able to help you.
  7. If we can’t answer your query immediately on the telephone, we will always take your details, find out and ring you back.
